Brookroyd Surgery is part of our the “Spen, Health and Wellbeing Primary Care Network”.
The Spen Health and Wellbeing Primary Care Network is an alliance of seven practices within Cleckheaton, Liversedge and Heckmondwike, working together under the direction of NHS England and North CCG for the benefit of its collective patient group. The aim is to align and improve services within the area for its 52,000 registered patients.
