Complaints policy

If you want to make a complaint advise a member of the reception team that you wish to make a complaint and to speak to the practice manager. If after talking to the manager you are still not satisfied, the manager will advise you of the complaints procedure. A notice is placed in the waiting areas outlining how to address a complaint. There is also a comment box located in the waiting area for patients to leave any comments.
